LINDA~~ A WLS convention would be AWESOME... I would definately love to attend. They could have vendors (vitamins, workout equipment, protein supplements) and inspirational speakers, nutritionists, etc... sounds like a blast! KEEP US POSTED

Hello Linda! Thank you so much for responding so quickly about the real meals info. Unless my Doctors instructions are different than anticipated, i think i have the food ideas down, but I wanted to have a meal substitute/shake that i could take with me on the go (or if my family decided they would rather cheat and have fastfood hehe). Hi, well you have certainly lost faster than anyone I've spoken to. would be great to see a picture of your progress. I'm 9 weeks post op have lost about 50lbs.
