Linda,I want you to know that all your information that you have shared to AMOS, has been a blessing to me. Please do not stop what your doing. I know that you don't personally know me but you have truly blessed me and put me ahead of the game in the WLS journey. I have done all my research, selected the right surgeon for me and have all my medical documentations, including my psychological consult. I went for my consult yesterday and today got a call from the office telling me that they are mailing my information today because everything I need is there. That's because of people like you on this site. I hope to be a blessing to people like you have. You have a gift from God, please do not stop so you want lose it. Be Blessed!

I don't know if it's me, or what, but I don't ever remember seeing so many great posts in one day--I can't stop commenting on them! As for Linda's biology/phsyiology lesson, all I can say is WOW! I pasted that one in a word document for future reference! Good job Linda and thanks for saving us all so much time and effort!

OMG! Linda. It is sooooo great to see your beautiful face on the message boards again. You don't know how much you've helped me in my journey. That's my fault though because I haven't told you. Well here goes. You are the best and thank you so much. Please stick around!

Linda, I just had to tell you how much I enjoyed your post about your daughter saying that you were getting younger. I thought it was really cute. I sure can't wait to start getting younger! 44 days and counting. Juls

Hi Linda - thank you very much for all the time and effort you have made on researching about nutrition. Nutrition is the most important factor in a successfil weight loss and i can feel your frustration when your messages are misconstrued - but never worry about the minority - the majority of WLS desperately need advice on this subject - my doctor, who is very good, is not an expert in this field and, as you said, you want others to look up and confirm what you are saying, so that should give any sensible person the confidence that you know what you are talking about - hang on in there Linda, you are doing a great job and a great service to us WLS' regards
