Getting excited

My appointment for my first consult is day after tomorrow and I'm excited and nervous and yet I'm still having trouble believing that this is going to happen.  There has to be some roadblock in the way that will prevent me from reaching a normal weight.  I've been overweight/obese for my whole life, give or take a couple of side trips into a size 14 or 16.  Never have I gone below that and I want this so badly!
