MY MIND wants to EAT pre-surgery DIET!!!

My MIND has not changed at all! I still crave and desire ALL the foods that I ate PRE-RNY!!!I go to the fridge, I go out to eat, I drive by my favorite Fast Food Restaurants, and I still WANT the exact foods that I ate prior to my NEW 'tiny tummy'! So, I order what I hope is the BEST thing on the menu, or I eat the same foods that I ate before, but, I eat only tiny amounts of it...
Why can't they do a labotomy (SP?) at the same time they make your tummy the size of your thumb?
I am really struggling...
