3:30 am....................1/4 c. Roasted Edamames & 7 cherries
5:00 am....................1 1/2 c. Chicken Spaghetti
                   water      (20 oz.)
8:00 am....................SF Pudding and a banana
Curves workout
                    water     (20 oz.)
10:00 am..................Breakstone cottage cheese w/blueberries
                    water     (20 oz.)
12:15 pm..................went to mexican restaurant for a birthday party
                                    ate way to many chips with salsa and then a
                                    chapula   
2:30 pm.....................2 prunes and more water time for bed!!!!

Overall I am feeling good about myself right with the workout and food chooses. Just hope I can keep it up.
I CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
