"Dr. M Fitzer is a good doctor. He's pretty straight forward and doesn't mess around. Doesn't smile much. He addressed the risks of surgery very well and made some really strong points about following the post op diet to the T for the first 3 weeks. Very concerned about the pouch rupturing and I appreciate his seriousness. rnSurgical competence is a must for me. I couldn't care less about whether or not he told me jokes to make me comfortable. If he can't preform the surgery what's the point.rnMind you a nice smile goes a long way."
