Hello AMOS Family,
It's been a hot minute since I checked in and posted a message. I have been away from home for the past week, having a wonderful time at my DH's family reunion. I'm sooo happy to be home. Anyhoo..I scheduled my head test (psych eval) last week. My appointmnet is July 18, at the CORI Center. I also ordered a copy of my medical records from my PCP, and wrote an excellent letter of neccesity (which my PCP signed with no problem at all after telling me how impressed he was with it!!). So bright and early tomorrow I'll be faxing over all my info to my PCC at CORI Center. As you can see I've been busy. Hopefully, now that my family vacation is over I can concentrate on this a little more. So until next time family, Later...

Today I finally got in touch with someone from the CORI center after sending them my insurance info two weeks ago. Everyone I talked to was so friendly, I couldn't belive the PCC I was assigned wouldn't return my calls!! I was notified today that she was no longer with the company and that they would be mailing me out a welcome packet like yesterday!! I'm just soo glad to finally get the ball rolling. I know I have a long way to go but at least I'm in the race. I recieved an email from truleeblzd (hey girl!!) and we've been messaging each other, keeping one another posted. I find it very helpful to have someone to talk to who's on the same journey as myself. Learning something new everyday through this website and my peers keep me motivated. Now that I have something to write about(LOL) I'll post more often!! Later...
