So, I thought i was almost at the end of the pre-testing road...Wrong. Went to the cardiologist yesterday and even though heart looks good on EKG, my surgeon wants all his patients to have echo and nuclear stress test. Echo is no biggie...but i have heard all kinds of things about the stress test. This is the medically induced kind, not the tread mill...and it takes 1-2 weeks to get approval from my insurance...so we are going to be cutting it close. I hope they don't need it for the pre-approval for the surgery.

I am starting to get excited about my upcoming Lap band surgery scheduled for September 17. I have gone through all the doctor visits except cardio...which is tomorrow. After his clearance, I hope it is smooth sailing for the 6 weeks leading up to surgery.
I am having a hard time deciding whether to visit all the restaurants I love before I go on liquids. My surgeon's team hasn't mentionned liquids yet...but I am sure they are coming. I go back to him mid August.
