Hi Marcia, my personal opinion is to keep calling or as one would said hound them. They will probably get tired of the calls and do what they should have already done. I call my every chance I get with some of the problems Ive had got something done right away. I even had to go as far as threating to call the office manager to get a response. I had my return call within 30 minutes. God Bless Cat Price
