Marcia, The new picture is GREAT! Wow! Keep up the work. I know it is hard. I am 6 1/2 months post-op and have lost 103 pounds. It ain't easy!

Marcia - 130 POUNDS IN 5 1/2 MONTHS!!!! That is absolutely fantastic!!!!! Just hope I can be as successful when my surgery date gets here!!! Good luck with your procedure on Thursday - Debbie.

Marcia and Jennifer, I am a pre-op. Howver, I have done a lot of work on myself and my needs. Sometimes when we have success in one area of out lives another area becomes weak. Basically, we all live life like a teeter totter..back and forth...up and down. Balance is something that is not the easiest to achieve. BUT IT CAN BE ACHIEVED!! However, balance and be disrupted. I struggle with my need for comfort and balance. Having this operation i a means to an end...but not THE end. It means I will still have rpoblems and will still struggle with things. That's what being human is. Just know that once you've cleaned out one closet there may be another one waiting. Take time to think. If you feel depressed...WE'RE HERE!! That's what this board is for. People expressing their feelings in a non-judgemental space. I love you both and hope all will work itself out. ooxoxo Marcy

Marcia, The page Sharon talked about can be found by entering the "Member Interests" Link at the top of the OB Help pages. This will take you to a page that lists diffrent interest Forums. Click on "Show Sub Categories" Page Down and under the "Home" interest forum there is one for cookin. This is where Sharon purposed that everyone put the recipies. Hope this helps. Smiles, Susan
