I am 26 and happily married to wonderful, amazing, bestfriend and soulmate husband, who loves me for me, however i dont love me. I'd love to be a skin girl that is down at the beach all summer getting a nice tan and sitting by the water all day. Instead i am the 250 lb girl there in jeans sitting on the boardwalk eating cause i am hungry again! I recently found out that My hubby and I cant have children, after 3 miscarriages in less then 2 years, thats when it hit me that I'd like to look into this surgery. My dad has had the surgery, and few of my good friends have had this surgery, all have had remarkable results. I have people ask me all the time, why are you getting the surgery, you don't look that big, you lok great, I dont feel that way, I need assitance getting this weight off, and i figured this would be a great tool to help me loose the weight.
My job is not good on helping me attempt to loose weight, I am a 911/police dispatcher. I work 12 hour shifts 6p-6a or 6a-6p. i find it really hard working overnight, all I want to do is snack. I have tried the celery sticks and carrots sticks. BUT when the person you are sitting with pulls out a big bag of cookies, and offers me one it is hard to say no. People at work dont help much when you say you want to loose the weight, it seems like they bring in more food then normal. I have added a few pictures, but I am not a picture friendly person, on top of being over weight, I am camera shy. So I put the few up that I have on my computer. I dont look as big an a weigh, or so I have been told.
My goal is to wear a size medium shirt (not 2xl), size 8, or less pants (not 18/20(W) depending on the make) be 135 - 150 lbs (not 250-260) I want to live a better healthy life be able to run with the kids not yell dont go to far i cant catch you. * As of September 24, my surgery has been scheduled for January 11, 2010. *
Im ready for a new chapter in life and a new me! This is a life change that iwant, and hopfully a few months after me my husband will join me and also have bypass.
