"My first impression of Dr. Trivedi was that he was very skilled and understanding of my position. He had an initial consult during which he showed me the entire procedure on a powerpoint presentation and with plastic models of the anatomy and explained in detail what would happen. He showed understanding of my frustration over my failed attempts to stay on a restricted diet and explained why physically this was happening. He was very clear, compassionate and really put me at ease. My post-op office visit went well and I am healing very well. I think that the overall integrated program they have set up for introductory seminars, counselling, follow-up and support is great. "
