Well today is my last "30s" birthday! I can't believe it may even be the last birthday I am overweight and uncomfortable. 
YAHOO! I got lots of return phone calls today. My primary is writing my "letter of medical necessity," my previous primary is making a copy of my medical chart and I can pick that up next Friday, had my nutritional eval. Things are coming along nicely. I have such a terrific group of friend and family. They are all so supportive and have really offered so many words of advice and comfort! I am truly blessed! Starting to "meet" lots of people that are in the same boat as me. It helps to talk to others who really understand!
