"Wow what an amazing change in my life Dr. Waggoner saved me. I was type 2 diabetic, heart problems, thyroid, sleep apenea. I was always sick and throwing up and tired and he took me and got me approved, and we did this operation and it was a life saver. I'm back to being a person again. I am back working, no more type 2 diabetes complications, no more heart meds, no more sleep apenea. I feel amazing and that's because I was blessed to meet this wonderful DR who not only cares about others but honestly wants to help them with their obesity problems. I am no longer insulin dependent and he worked with my insurance to get me approved so I was the first AETNA Texas Medicaid to get the surgery and his office staff helped so much and the rest of the bariatric staff I couldn't have been blessed more by meeting these amazing group of people had I tried. I'm seriously amazed everyday with the changes in myself and they still email and want to hear from me it's not like some of the others who just finish with ya and throw ya to the curb. I'm down from 384 to 198 as of today and my surgery was 04/25/2012. THANK YOU GOD and Dr. Waggoner for believing in me enough to give me another chance at LIFE!"
"My first impression of Dr. Waggoner was that he actualy cared about me. I haven't changed my opinion of him to date. His staff very helpful but I think a little short when it comes to questions. I ask alot of questions and feel unsafe when ill prepared for something but they just respond with just keep doing what your doing. I liked the fact that he didn't want to set you up to fail like some of the doctors I've met and believe me with my insurance search boy did I meet alot. I haven't had my surgery yet but I feel good about doing it with Dr. Waggoner and that's what is most important to me. I will let you know if he earns his last star after I have my surgery but if you're looking for a doctor who's there for you when all else have slammed the door due to money issues he's the one to call.
