1 week post op

OK so today (almost yesterday) is my 1 week post op. as of today i have lost 10 lbs since i left the hospital!! which is great!!! even tho i wasn't going to get on the scale i broke and did, and when i got up today and only lost a pound i felt bummed... even tho i know its great so i will try my hardest to wait until Tuesday to get on again!!!!I am feeling pretty good! not much soreness at all, haven't used any pain meds since i left hosp. I am having problems with the vitamin. they make me throw up! I went to doc today and got their vitamin pills they said to cut in to 3rds so i did and it got stuck!! i felt like poop most of the day. i tried crushing the rest and drinking it and that made me feel even worse.. i don't get it! I'm going to try to find some liquid vitamins or something but i am running out of $$$$$ lol $ 30 a pop and these aren't working and the doc I'm sure doesn't do refunds lol.
well I hope everyone else who had surgery is doing well! I am feeling good, losing weight and that is such a blessing for me! I have never lost more than 30 LBS at one time so I am at 24!! (counting pre op)I am ready to get it going!!!!
