first post op appt

ok so went to my first post op appointment today.  It was real simple and short lol went in checked weight and BP and that was it. I go back on the 6th to see dietitian.  also this morning i popped a stitch. i was laying in bed, reached over to turn off alarm and POP. its a little sore but not bad they just said to watch out for a fever or redness. I should be ok. Just worries me because last time i had that happen i ended up with a wound vac for 3 months. oh well. also they told me i have lost 20% of my excess weight
