3 week post op

OK so today is my 3 week post op. So far I have lost 15 lbs which I think is great! I am feeling pretty good, i have my first post op appointment on Thursday and I am PRAYING he lets me move to phase 2... sometimes my stomach growls like I'm starving and this protein hot choc and beef bouillon ain't cutting it!! lol other than that I am ready to start working out so hope they will say OK for that.. think I'm going to go swim here soon. They said once all the scabs fell off i was good to do that and they are all gone!!! well I hope everyone else is doing well!! I'll give a small post on Thursday to tell everyone how it goes.PS I haven't been this low in weight in over 2 yrs...maybe even longer lol
