2 Quick & Easy Dairy Meals

I eat these several times a week for quick and easy dairy meals:Meal #1:
1/3 Cup Low-fat Ricotta Cheese
1/3 Cup No-Sugar Added Applesauce
Meal #2
1/3 Cup Low-fat Cottage Cheese
1/3 Cup Low-fat Yoplait Yogurt (I like the orange or the blueberry)
They fill me up and they taste very good too!
