A Long Journey

It's been a long time since I've been on here! I have to sometimes remember where I came from. When I started this I was 334LBS. I am now down to 221. 113lbs lost! I'm so excited. I'm doing things that I have not done in years. I am able to squat down to pick up something, I no longer ask my son to run upstairs to get something for me. I run on my treadmill, I went from wearing a 26/28 to 14. Depending on where I shop, I can wear some 12's. It's a great feeling and I hope that anyone waiting on surgery reads this and gets motivated.It's a long journey!
