Just wanted to share my workout with you all... I had my trainer re-do my workout... Here is my workout thus far...

Pulley Sec: Traingle pulldown with trunk upright      15 Rep x 30lbs. x 20 sec

Going back to the gym to walk 3 miles with KB and then to the sauna... ARE YOU GETTING YOUR WORKOUT ON?
YOU TALKING ABOUT A BURN... LAWD HAVE MERCY!!! This has me burning over 600 Calories...
