My name is Ella I'm 33 and weight 490 lbs. I have struggled with my weight since childhood. I have been on every diet and tried every infomercial product. I would lose 10 or 20 pounds at the most then nothing more. I have decided to get the gastric bypass which is coming up in 3 weeks. I have read so many horror stories as well as success stories. I'm nervous about it all but I'm going to just pray and let God do the rest.
