Hi Christine, have you tried from reynolds the clear baking bags and the aluminum baking bags for meats. they are great because the meat stays moist and not dried out..you can also put some vegetables around the meat and they cook nice too..good luck i know this is frustrating ..i myself have tried and keep trying to cook meat different healthy ways ....arivedecci joann
