Dr Baggs said he was sooo proud of me and was inspired by me! It then finally hit me when Kellie hugged me after I had my other 2 appointments. Kellie said" Carol I am sooo happy for you, YOU made it!!" Then Dr Baggs walked in 2 minutes later and I started crying. He was so proud of me I have lost excatly 40 pounds 25 since he last seen me.

I told him this journey was not a easy one it was one that was filled with negative people and struggles along the way. Dr Baggs then said" I know it's NOT easy BUT you did it and made it, I am so very proud of you and I am inspired!" My DR said that to me? I was out done. He then said "this is what makes my job worthwhile, that I can help you achieve your lifetime goals".

We talked for a lil bit he said everything looks awesome and I signed the consent form. NOW this feels really real now! Kelli came in and witness me signing the form she hugged me and said she would be down to see me after my surgery! She said she was inspired im just a regular person but I guess you can also speak in volumes too. Dr Baggs said I would be a great speaker at the orientation!

I just wanted to say that if you are starting your goals and or are at your goals. DON'T give up NO matter how tough it is. Ifyou really want something then don't let ANYTHING or ANYONE stop you from achieving a BETTER and healthier you! I will cheer you on too of you need it. Everyone has cheered me on and has given me a new lease on life. I can't thank you all enough for believing in Carol.

Well everyone today is my day to meet with Liz and get my surgery date. I have lost 10 pounds from last Wed till now and am 7 pounds below my goal weight! I am ready with book in arm, water bottle in arm and my head on straight! Those who email addresses I have I will let you all know in a mass email and those whose I don't I will post it on here. Thank You everyone for the positive feedback, advice, hugs and just for being YOU! I could have NOT done this without everyone here. I love you all!!
