Hey Guys,

I know it's been a long time since I posted.  Things are going great so far.  I'm almost 2 years out  since my surgery.  I'm so blessed to have had this surgery I thank god everyday for the great success I've had.  I hope everyone is doing great and continuing to push forward thur life to succeed with there goal.  God Bless and I promise it want take me this long to post again.

I know I've been missing in action but life's been good.  I hope all is well with each of you.  The lap band been the best thing that could have ever happen to me.  Before lap band I could not do as much as I would have like to do and I think god and my doctor's for allowing me to live life to the fullest.  I used to give myself 5 shots a day .  It's been 1 yr and 3 months and I have not had to give myself any more shots.  If that's not a blessing I don't know what it.  I know each of you have a great success story as weell.  God Bless each of you and keep doing what's best for you.  TTYL I Promise!!.

I'm sorry I've been so busy doing lots of things since my weight lost.   I start this journey at a size 18 and now I'm in a size 12 and loving ever moment of it.  I have not had any trouble since my surgery "Thank God".  it's been a up in down journey for me with the band.  One of the things that I've notice is if I stop exercising I do sometime gain a pound or 2 and that's okay with me.  You just need to know that with the LB it does not come off as easy as the GB surgery do and I okay with that.  I feel a sense of accomplishments when I do lose the weight from eating right and exercising.  I love the charges that's happening to my body.  There's not a day that I can't Thank the Lord enough for this blessing.  Since June 8, 2007 I have not had to give myself anymore insulin to God be the Glory.  To everyone out there that's just starting this process just keep pushing and you will get your reward.   I will post some new pic's soon.

but here we go.  Things are going great.  I'm so blessed thank you Jesus!  I've gotten 5 fill so far and finally I can tell the difference.  I 've not had any trouble with my band.  I'm still working on losing about another 10 or 15 more pounds and than I'm done. I'm still in a size 11 to 12.  I praying the scale will move again, so cross your finger for me.  God Bless and TTYL!

Hey Guys,

I know it's been a while since I posted on my page, but I've supper busy.  I'm down to a size 12 now and feeling great.  I'm a little worried because my weight loss have slowed down a lot.  I'm going to the doctor today for my 4 fill and I still haven't gotten to my sweet spots yet.  Lord please let this fill work.  Over all things are going great.  I still feel blessed that I've gotten to this pouint.  THANK YOU JESUS!  Until the next time take care and be blessed.

I'm so blessed I can shout it to the mountain top.  I'm still losing weight.  It's hard work but it's worth every bit of sweat. The road may not look to cloudy right now to some of you who just started this process, but don't give up.  Before you know it you will be on the losing bench as well.  Keep pushing forward to achieve your great reward.  Oh yea check out my new pic's. went well I can feel a little bit better restriction than I felt before.  I did lose another 5 pounds and things are going well.  I know this is a quick post. I promise I will post with a bit more information later.  God Bless and TTYLY.

I just want to give thanks to the almighty god.  I'm so blessed and grateful for this journey.  I just wish I would have did it a long time ago.  I'm down 34 pounds as of today I never thought I would have gotten to this point.  I'm working really hard to get to my goal weight and now I can see that's it paying off.  Once I decided to  have WLS I also trained my mind to make sure this tool would work.  The Lap Band is the best thing for me.  Trust me it has not been easy, but through all the sweat and pain it's worth it.  Everyone out there pushing to win the battle weight WL just keep moving it will work out for you.  God Bless and TTYL! :o)  Oh yea check out my new pic's.

My OH Family.  I feeling great and I'm so pleased with my Lap Band I can't express it enough.  I've learned if you do right by your band you will see great results.  I'm so thankful that I did this I just wish I would have did it sooner.  I'm now 197lbs (Yay for me) I want to lose another 27 pounds in 3 months.  I know I can do all things throught christ.  Wish me luck.  God Bless and TTYL!!

and thankful where my life is going.  Without the man up above I wouldn't be able to accomplish this.  I'm thankful for so many things, my god, my family, my health, my weight loss just to name a few.   God have been so good to me and with him I would not be able to walk this path along.  Don't forget to give god some thanks.  God Bless.
