2 years a go i decided to change my live and i did. On Aug. 4th was i 2 year anniversary and i would do it all over again if i had to. I'm now down to 158lbs from 265. I just recently divorced and happier now than before.  I'm running and boxing 4 to 5 days a week and I love it.  I never want to gain my weight back so I eat right and stay in the gym. I just love my new body. I'm finding out that a lot of my co-workers don't like me or want to sleep with me....so sad. So I learn to keep to my self a lot.
 Over all I'm doing great ...take care until the next time.

8/4/10 will be a year for me. The day my life change for the better. I started off at  265lbs in a size 18-20. Now I'm in a size 4-6 and 160lbs. It's hard to but into words how my life has changes and I want to thank my OH fam for all of their support.

The only problem is my hubby he has become very jealous and want to know every step I make and he is driving me crazy.

Can anyone tell me how to handle this???

Hello all I just want to report that I have meet my goal and past it by 5lbs and now I'm 5 away from that 100lbs mark. I feel great and I'm enjoying the way I look and feel. I never thought that I would ever feel like this again. Last night I put on my sr high school t-shirt....WOW. This is the same shirt I was going to make a pillow out of because I never thought I would get back in it.

It seams like every month I'm dropping a size and I find myself shopping a lot. Don't get me wrong I'm loving the new me but it is getting expensive.  I do find alot of items on sale and I all ways shop with  coupons. Now I have to buy a new bra because I have dropped 4 sizes in that area.   Please lets not talk about shoes. I have gone from a 9w to a 8 regular.  I think I here JCP calling my name!!!
I'm sure over time I will be able to replace all of my tennis shoes.....MORE SHOPPING FOR ME.

Help me I think I just for a new addiction.

OK my job is doing  the biggest looser and I entered. NOW some of the ladies here at work are haten on me and said that I'm cheating. 
I work out 5 days a week and I watch what I eat. Just because I had wls I still have to work harder to keep it off. 

Oh did I mention that the prize is $200 for the winner.  
No matter what they say I'm not dropping out It's a contest.

 

Who would have guessed??? Not me But here I am. I weighted in yesterday at work and I weighed in at 188lbs and I'm now in a size 8. I'm also in the gym like crazy and running 3 days a week. This has been one of the best journeys I've every been on. Thank you Lord for this wonderful experience.

Now I have people asking me when are you going to stop loosing weight or you have lost enough weight.
I want to tell them I can't turn it off and as long as I look good loosing than I will keep loosing so get use to it. When I was fat it wasn't a problem.....WHAT!!!!
Now that I have gotten that out I want to say that I'm happy with me!!!!!

Well my OH fam it's been a while since my last post. I'm doing great and feeling even better.  My family is speechless about my weight loss. I have not gotten to my sexy clothes yet but it's on the way.

Well it's been 3 months since my surgery and the last time I  weighed I was @ 209 and that was about 3 weeks ago. Now I'm in a size 12 and I feel great. My husband keep telling me how good I look and the people at work
are the same way.  I never that I would be in a size 12 again.

Hi OH family hope everyone is well and still losing.
It's been a while since I've posted but all is well with me. I'm 11 weeks out and in a size 12 . I'm soooo happy for this change in my life. I have not seen my mother since 8/4 and wont see her until Thanksgiving. Boy she will be at a lose for words when she see me. 

Since I've returned back to work the people her look at me strange since I've lost weight. I often ask the what are they looking at but it's all good. The harder thing about my surgery has been finding something that I can eat. Other than that I'm just lovin life.

Ok OH family. I have not returned back to work yet but i'm doing well. It will be a month on 9/4. I fell great and can't wait until I'm able to post some pic of myself.  Take care and will ubdate you later.
