Started 2 week Optifast this morning - So far it's not that bad. The chocolate shake was less revolting than I had imagined. Hope I can tolerate them well and the 2 week fly by. Come on 12 Aug.

Approved and have surgery date! - 12 August -- My new life begins. Can't wait.

24 days til the 3rd wellness class - then I can file for insurance approval....  It's hard to just wait with little else going on.   All of my medical tests are complete.
