I am getting closer!

Most of you know that it has been a while sense I was here. I got way off
track and I gained back 10 lbs. It is no ones fault but my own. With my last adjustment, I have felt my first restriction sense surgery. I find that I
now have to follow my diet very close. I know what to do in my head, but I
have not been doing it. I am now back on track. Please keep me in your prayers
and thoughts.

Hi all.
I have not posted in a while. I have been at a plateau. l have been sick and my wife has had surgery, and my mother-in-law had a heart attack. It is not their fault, it is mine. I have not been following my diet. It seems that l can gradually eat more. I need to call and make an appointment to get a fill. I must confess that I have fallen back into some old habits. I drink a protein shake for breakfast but the rest of the day goes down hill from there. I am out of control and I need to gain it back. Keep praying for me and my family. I will write more later.

It has been 5 days sence my surgery. Things are going pretty good. I have had no pain to speak of and I have gone back to work. Yes I had the lap-band. I go back to the doctor Jan 5 for first progress report.

I now have a date. On November 11th I am celebrating My Mother's Birthday by starting My next Step on My weight loss Surgery. I started my journey with my wife last August and I finally got my head where it belonged and looked it surgery for myself. With all things I have been on the long starting place for 8 months now and I can see the starting line really now. My Mother was a great inspiration to me. And I can't think of a better way than to celebrate her life.
