Hi all.I have not posted in a while. I have been at a plateau. l have been sick and my wife has had surgery, and my mother-in-law had a heart attack. It is not their fault, it is mine. I have not been following my diet. It seems that l can gradually eat more. I need to call and make an appointment to get a fill. I must confess that I have fallen back into some old habits. I drink a protein shake for breakfast but the rest of the day goes down hill from there. I am out of control and I need to gain it back. Keep praying for me and my family. I will write more later.
