Hello everyone, just a quick update as of today I weigh 159 lbs...loving the way I feel and look...just 29 more lbs to lose and I think I'll be good....for turkey day I did pretty good thank God I did'nt really feel hungry if not oh boy....well hope everyone is doing great and stay strong...
