5 Days Out!

And feeling damn good & motivated already! its been a bit of a tough week and I'm stilling feeling alittle bit of a hunchback but each day its getting better and I'm so ready to get moving on to bigger and better things! I'm excited about starting a whole new life and the thought of wearing smaller sizes! Whoo Hooo!! School is starting August 31st; so, I'm going to seek out a workout schedule as well.
Frustrating current issues of concern:
1) Not getting much fluids in. Still working on the whole "sippy" thing and getting them in but only up to about 12 oz a day so far. I just don't feel like eating or drinking much of anything quite yet and I'm nervous about taking too much in at one time which may be a co-depend factor for me as well.
2) Protein. trying to work on getting something in my system. I purchased the unflavored injury powder and I'm trying to figure out creative ways to add it to whatever I eat or drink. I think because of the smell from the protein and it comes out so "thick" just from one scoop. I add little bits of the "Big Train" Mocha mix but it taste too much like coffee to me; so, I may need to seek out another "add to" flavor idea.
3) How do you know when your pouch is full in the beginning? I was able to eat a 4 oz container of applesauce and couldn't feel the difference. Although I'm concerned, I'm not eating much of anything as it is but I don't want to stretch out my pouch either.
