I went to several \"seminars\" and when I attended C-SM, it solidified my decision. Dr. Regan has a very caring attitude about his patients and he makes himself available for questions; doesn't make you feel rushed for his time. He handled all my questions as if each one was important no matter how small. Dr. Regan even made a point to visit his patients while we were still in the hospital which speaks alot for his character; something you rarely see in my own experiences.
