4th days of soft/mushy food!!

Today I'm on the forth days of soft  foods. Things are going OK still trying to map out my food and make sure I'm getting in my protein with out drinking a shake. But i think i will need to get one in at least once a day.

It still amazes me on how small my belly is. Like for dinner I had like 1/4 of tilapia fish fillet and one piece shrimp and my belly was full. CRAZY!!

I did have a protein bar it look several hours to eat but i think it had to many calories it was a total of 240 calories and 19 grams of protein.

I'm getting in my water /crystal light. i am logging every thing in fitnesspal just to keep and eye on things.
