Doctor's Visit

I went to the doctor's yesterday and they said that my blood pressure was high. It was 160 over 100. Not a good thing. He asked me what was wrong and I couldn't keep it in any longer. I told him everything and he understood why my blood pressure was so high. He prescribed valium for me. I felt really bad about the whole thing though. Usually I keep it hidden and pretend that everything is all right.I prayed last night that everything would be all right. I asked to have my faith strengthened. I hope everything will be ok. As I prayed I cried myself to sleep.
