I guess my story is a lot like everyone else. In High school I use to Rodeo, I was 2nd attendant to our Rodeo Queen and voted Miss Congeniality. However I was always chubby and never felt pretty or good enough. Looking back now I can’t believe I didn’t like what I saw! Ok on with it. My first diet was in the 7th grade My Parents took me to a weight loss clinic an hour from home every 3 weeks to get some urine shots (from some pregnant something). Yea right…. that only made me feel like I was a looser and not of weight. I tried to eat just apples during the day all through high school just to keep the weight down. 150 pounds at 5 feet. My first time at weight watchers was at 19. Married my DH in Aug.1980 and had first Daughter in Aug. 1981. Weight at her birth was about 171. Well baby blues put me at 210. Weight watchers again able to get to 165. Then in 1985 finally able to get Pregnant with our second daughter. After a blood clot to my leg and pulmonary embolisms our daughter was born. Between bed ridden and baby blues I gained up to 210 again. I joined Physicians weight loss clinic in 1989 got down to 160. We made a major life change in 1990 and moved from
