OK a new year and I will try to blog and post at least once or more a month! For me that is a great improvement.

All is going very well not at weight goal yet however my health has far exceeds what I EVER thought possible

I'm so excited I learned so much reading and speaking to all the leaders in the training I took to be an OH support group leader! I actually made it through all 3 classes and a group meeting  Our Tri-cities Local WLS Support Group meets every 2nd Wednesday of each month at the Richland Community Center located at 500 Amon Park Dr. Richland, WA 7-9PM

Well what can I say.  I have not lost a pound in 6 months this is not what I thought it would be like!  Well I guess I can maintain well!  I am going back to the basics and journal everything it's starts now

My one year appointment 12/04/2009, I was at 214 pounds all blood work was great looking healthy feeling healthy and the scale hasn't moved an ounce since!!! Okay I admit I haven't been exercising at all and now I've decided I had better start measuring every I eat I sure don't want a gain to start and I sure not at goal! So the dreaded exercise has got to kick in now!! I also realize I need this board and need to start logging in regularly to keep my self on track and honest.

Well I've made it this far.  I'm so glad that I had this surgery!  I'm feeling better and doing so much more.  I'm down 97 pounds from surgery, 140 from first appointment and 153 pounds from my all time high!  My blood work is all great and the sugeon wants me back  at 1 yr. out. 

Ok down a few more pounds jst not knowing where they are going, I guess I don;t care where they are going just away from me and far far away and staying away

Well, the weight isn't jumping off right now  but I'm feeling so much better!  My mood swings are so out there however I never know if I should laugh scream or cry. My swimming has been on hold for the last 2 months or so, because I had a skin infection (mrsa) under my arm of all places.  So no going to the health club or any place else for that matter.  Now That finally has cleared up and finally gotten off all the antibiotics.  Can those things do a number as far as side effects.  My three month check up went really well they were very happy with my weight loss as well as all the inches I've lost 2.5 feet total off my leftarm, left leg, waist, hips, chest and neck.
