Attended a second WLS seminar with Dr. Ki Oh in Federal Way on June 9th, 2008.  I'm still very impressed with him.  After reading up about him on Obesity Help and checking out his statistics and records - I have decided that Dr. Oh is the best of the best and I'm choosing him as my surgeon.  I have a consultation appointment set with Dr. Oh at 4:00pm on July 7, 2008 - after my new insurance, Boeing Traditional Medical Plan takes affect.

Attended my first weight loss seminar with Dr. Oh in mid April.  Dr. Oh is very informative and tells you exactly what to expect with a great sense of humor!  If my husband thinks I'm gassy now - just wait!

Today I am feeling rather down in the dumps.  I last saw Dr. Oh on August 15th for the follow-up appointment from my EGD scope test.  I was told that my pre-authorization to my insurance company (Boeing Traditional) would now be sent in because my results were fine for surgery.  I just called my insurance company again, today is now August 26th, and they say they still have not received anything from Dr. Oh's office.  I left a message at Dr. Oh's office to find out if they did send anything in and when - and I haven't heard back from them.  So frustrating......Meanwhile I am trying hard to diet (I'm trying Medifast) and exercise to loose my required 10% - and I've lost less than 5 pounds.  Does Everyone go through the blues at this point playing the waiting game???

Sure would be nice to make a friend....
