On day 5 post op

Hey hooooo I'm feeling good. It's been 6 days since my surgery. I've been home 2.5 days. Every day gets easier. I certainly will be looking forward to day 8 post op to have some oatmeal. It's been a while since I chewed anything. If he weather gets a bit less rainy I'm planning on going for a walk today. And I'll venture out to the grocery store and get some stuff or the family... Cause it seems if I don't do it neither will they???  

Im bruised up in a few spots and if I sip too much water at a time I can certainly feel that but no nausea or anything else. 

Im glad, so glad I was so fortunate to get this amazing gift. It's going to change my life!  

Now I need to work at getting healed so I can get back to baseball!
