HELLO EVERYONE I'VE BEEN AWAY FOR A LONG TIME I HAD ROUX-EN-Y GASTRIC BYPASS SURGERY IN 2007 6 YEARS AGO I WENT BACK TO BARIX CLINIC TO TALK TO DR. MARYMOR MY SURGEON I TOOK AND UPPER GI LIKE HE REQUESTED AND NOW ONCE AGAIN IM ON MY JOURNEY TO BEGIN THIS THING ALL OVER AGAIN CUZ I ONLY LOST 80LBS TO GAIN IT ALL BACK AND I KNOW THIS TIME ITS GONNA BE BETTER CAUSE I HAVE TO DO THE WORK AND GO TO SUPPORT GROUPS ASK QUESTIONS REALLY BE INVOLVED AGAIN SO I JUST WANNA KNOW IF ANYONE IS HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS AS ME ARE YOU LOOKING FOR REVISIONAL GASTRIC BYPASS SURGERY RNY

Hello oh fam:
Its been a while i'm gonna make this short & brief i haven't been doing good with my weight i've actually gained some. i feel like i've failed but its all good becuz i'm thinking about getting revision surgery so stay tuned for the next chapter in my life. the kids are fine Raven, 10 Raquan, 9 & ryan 5 my babies is getting big but anyway i will be posting just wanted to update everyone once again i need all of your support.

Well hello oh its been a long time i just uploaded some pics im still at a stand still weighing approximately 208lbs still trying to get under 200lbs its gonna happen i'll keep the faith in God Well The holidays are approaching so everybody i will stay in touch..

Wow, its been a while but i'm back. Hey My good Oh friends hows everyone doing? Hopefully Blessed & healthy well me i'm 209lbs from 283.5 slow weight loss but i know i've come a long way i went to my doctor and i have set a goal to lose 75lbs by March 26, 2009 so i will be seeing doctor Marymor in june of this year just to keep me on track so other than that my kids are doing good my daughter is 9 my son is 8 my baby is 4 now, time surely flies. Well i will be posting new pics soon. so everybody stay blessed and encouraged

Hey Oh wats going on well a lil bit of an update for me is that i turned 7 months post op on 10-26-07. I weigh 221.5lbs yeah i'm so happy being at a plateau for a couple of weeks its moving again i will be under 200lbs before u know it so i will stay in touch to let u know my progress so keep a look out.

Hey OH family i know its been a while i missed u all so very much. We have some catching up to do. Yes i turned 6 months post op on 9-26-07. I was at a standstill for a while but now its moving again i weighed myself today i weigh 226.75lbs yippee i'm so excited about that.Thats a total of 56.75lbs since surgery i'm excited a lil slow but its still coming off yeah. Just upped my protein to between 105-120grams a day so its moving. Pretty much i've been doing well. My kids are fine as well school is in session. Well oh i will keep u posted about my progress ill be 7 months post op on the 26th of this month. stay sweet motivated and happy .

Hey Oh hows everybody doing? well me i'm doing fine my birthday was 8-11-07. I had a good day, besides the fact i had to fix my starter on my car, i went out to this fancy italian restaurant got sick and spit up because i had some cake so i said i won't do that again i weighed in at 234.5 my weight stayed the same i'm elated i looked real good so i just wanted to let u all know how my birthday was i got this beautiful chain from my honey that was very nice . well until next time stay sweet and blessed

Hey Everybody on OH how are you? Well pretty much i'm still losing weight doing good. I'm trying to lose 8lbs by my birthday (Saturday 8-11-07) I will be 27 years young smileeeee i'm very excited about that i will be going to the movies to see rush hour 3 with the very funny Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan So thats gonna be funny , and i will be going to the spaghetti warehouse in philadelphia not gonna overdo it u know pretty much try to stick to my everyday regimen u know? But anyway i will post next friday the day before my birthday to let u all know how things are going i will be taking pics in my birthday suit so look out for that stay sweet & God Bless u all

Just to give everybody a lil update about me I turned 4 months post op on 7-26-07 i'm 235.5 i've lost a total of 48lbs yippee i doing fine . well i will keep u posted stay blessed

Hey everybody on OH guess what i will be 4 months post op on 7-26-07 yippee as of today i'm am 237lbs down 46lbs from day of surgery down from pat 51.75 lbs yeah i'm so elated its starting to show i feel so good i exercise i eat right but anyway as far as home life my kids are doing good, my house got broken into, someone stole my $700.00 computer i was so upset . but life goes on anyway i will post again on friday to tell u how much i weigh stay sweet and blessed i will keep everyone posted on my progress
