I broke the damn thing and don't feel the least bit guilty!
Feb 19, 2010
I've been playing around with three pounds for a few weeks now and I was getting a bit frustrated. I didn't know if I was retaining water, gaining muscle or what. I knew that my calorie intake had been about the same and I was getting on the Wii almost everyday. I didn't feel under any stress and I had been going to get my vitamin B-12 shots every other week.Let me tell you it was discouraging to say the least.....
THEN I BROKE THE DAMN THING YESTERDAY......AND IT WASN'T THE SCALES!!!
It was a plateau!
I was doing the happy dance. I didn't think that things could get much better, until this morning....
I got up, used the bathroom and then stepped on the scales. I wondered if they were broke, as I stepped on them THREE TIMES to make sure I was reading it correctly. It said I was 155 lbs!!!
I am now TEN POUNDS FROM MY LOWEST WEIGHT since I had my WLS! I am only 25 lbs from my goal weight!
Some people may not recognize me when they see me again!
