Its been a while... - So its been a while since I've posted. I started out at 284 lbs (HW was 311). My VSG was 02/05/14 at 270 lbs and today I weigh 159.8. My goal weight is 147. I am so close!

How many calories do you eat daily? - I know I am not eating recommended amount of calories per day... Im usually between 400-600... Where is everyone else?
