Spring is just around the cornor

Hey Everyone well like the title says Spring is just around the cornor and if you live anywhere in the Minneapolis MN area then you understand what I am talking about with the Temps we are having this week!  So with the weather the way it is it has me thinking about swimsuit season and for the first time in a very long time I am looking forward to it!  I am now at 191#'s and that means I am down a total of 75#'s and thats 45#'s since my surgery.  I am very pleased with my progress it is slow but steady and I think thats the best way.  My skin is shrinking pretty well and with the new workout routine that my trainer gave me I am hoping to firm things up a little also, wish me luck ;o).
