I am a 50 year old female who has been obese most of my life. I saw Dr. Steinberg for the first time at a group consultation on Aug. 14 of this year. I have now had everything done and will be receiving my surgery date this Monday. I now weigh 390 with a goal weight of 168. I have been battlling my wieght for so very long and am thankful to God giving Dr.Steinberg the knowledge to perform the surgery and his compassion. I now wear a size 34, the largest I've ever worn. My goal size is 14. I have lived the first half of my life extremely obese and intend to live the second half learning to live with a "normal weight."
