Where oh where do I begin!! Well as a child I have always been on the chubby side. As a late teenager and young adult, starvation was the best policy to keep off the weight. However when I married and then had the first baby, starvation was not an option, as I ate the pounds packed on. Twenty five pounds after the first child, twenty five pounds after the second child, and twenty five pounds after the third child. Then a few extra pounds just for fun!!!!! I have a wonderful husband and family that loves me regardless, however I dont love who I have become. I have been obsessed with food either eating or trying not to eat for as long as I can remember. I am sick of letting it rule who I am. I want to live a fun filled long life with no regrets. SO IT IS TIME!!!!!
