thoughts for the week

So I'm down another 2lbs.  I was really hoping to be at 250 but did not make it.    I only had my 1/2 cup and met all my goals but still only 2lbs.  Now I understand that later on the 2lbs will be a blessing but sadly its not today.  I think though I'm more determined because of it.  I've been using my treadmill and play time with the toddler for my exercise.  I have found though that a 3 year old tends to be a bit of a hinder when exercising at home.  So we are going to rejoin the YMCA.  I will be able to let him play with the other kids while I get on to some serious exercise.  Plus it will give me more variety and access to strength equipment.  I'm going to start that tomorrow.  I hope to be under 250 by next week.  I hope I hope I hope. 

That is my first real weight goal.  UNDER 250
