"I love Premier Protein shakes! I used them before having VSG surgery and after. My favorite flavor is Chocolate, it satisfies my chocolate cravings without being too sweet and the 30 g of protein fill me up and keep me moving throughout the day. I wish they were less expensive, but for a pre-mixed ready to drink protein shake of this quality they aren't bad (especially if you find coupons!). I would and have recommended this shake and the Premier Protein brand to friends. "
