1 Month Update.

So... Went to my Appointment today I am at 317.  ^_^  So I might make the OH Valentine's day challenge goal, and my birthday goal of 300 or less... ^_^

Been studying hard, so I had no me time.   Binary is about to come out my ears... These two networking classes I have now are brutal.  I wasn't prepared.  The awesomest thing ever though that I didnt expect is.... I got a letter yesterday from the school... and in it... I got a certificate stating I'm on the dean's list.  ^_^  YAY!!!  sooo exciiiteeeeddd.

I was told that the 'foamy' mucus stuff that I get sometimes when I eat, might be a deficiancy of vitamin B1, or at least when I get the B1 shot it will go away almost completely.  I am supposed to go later this week to get it done.  In my hurry to make it to the appointment I forgot my wallet with my insurance card, and my diet food book.  So I couldnt get the prescription done right there for her to give it to me, I had never been to that pharmacy.

I met some really nice people at the appointment today.  I got the go ahead to start introducing wheat noodles, and cereals, and cracker-type foods.  But I know it has alot of 'white flour' but at least it will help me with this 'crunchy'  craving I've had recently.

I've had nothing but soft foods.  Something in my head has been screaming crunch something lol.  so when I had the go ahead.  I chomped five almonds.  I am good.  ^_^

When I did the research study for the diabetes sugar thing, they told me I would get paid, and today I picked up my check, and I got 140.00.  For a student that has no income, THAT is alot of money.  So things are looking good... if only I can figure out these subnet mask calculations.   =o/

I am scheduled to see the surgeon next in April.  So we will see what happens.  I'm excited.  I'll try to post more often, I am on here a lot, the forums and stuff, but when it actually comes to writing blogs, I just can't be stuffed to do it. 

Hmm... my knee has been killing me, I think it's because all the walking I am doing, obviously more than usual.  I was told to use the Vicodin pills I didn't use from the surgery (which I never touched any of them) and see a specialist.   So I've made an appointment to do that.
