Ok so now its may 7th and i had my last visit with my dietician may 1st thats all I had to do before The nurse would submit my case should i say to the insurance company im not so much worried about if im gonna get approved or not because it doesnt take a rocket scientist to know that i need this and deserve this so im not worried but anyhoo I went to see the surgeon the other day an he was unavailable so I talked to the nurse dawn and I wanted to know how soon upon approval can I start my post op she says well you will know that your approved before us im like ok wtf but then im like i dont care good for me and she said soon as u find out call us and we will give u a date but i wont know until somtimes the second week of june thats fair so im like cool but then she also said the surgeon doesnt have any openings until the middle of june so it would probally be early july im like in my mind damn right before my birthday that means no birthday drinks lol but anyhoo i just thought i'd get on here and vent thanks for the love and support i trully appreciate it may god bless us all and keep us safe 1

ok ok Im so freaking Excited 
For the past six months i have been going to see a dietican
not only did i learn healthier habits
and a new way of life I gained a friend who is so dear 
to me but in a few weeks as of May 1st, 2009 thats my last visit with her so im really sad about that but we will still communicate but every month i really looked forward to our visits its been a long journey for me to get this surgery and just the preparations for this surgery can make or break you but everything you go through is 100% percent worth it i can admit when i first decided this was for me i wanted to have this surgery right away but by the grace of god he told me to wait and im glade that its working the way it is ive learned that you really have to be dedicated 100% mentally before the physical will come and ive reached that so thanks for all your encourging words and taking the time to explain your storys on your pages it helps those who are afraind and feel alone at times.....now after may 1st 2009 I will have to wait 30 days for approval from my insurance company im excited and really anxious ive talked to my surgeon and they are shooting for june so wish me luck and keep me in your prayers god bless

Ok as of 03/25/2009 Ive lost 20lbs plus the 9 from last month 
its been hard but ive been really strick on what i eat and what type of movement im doing daily i have to go for a long walk at a steady pace during the day and @ night i find thats my best time to work out but anyhoo i have only 2 more visits with the dietician
on 04/10 and 05/01 after that I wait for my approval from my insurance ive completed everything they asked me to do and more
so im ready when they are and the best part with my insurance i will only have to wait 2-4 weeks for approval and i will know before the doctor will so i say im blessed and patiently waiting
.......... its been really hard and stressfull but i continue to stay strong an positive this site really gives me alot of strength and the people on it everyones story is different but we all are fighting for the samething our identity our health god bless all of us please pray for me that i get a date @ the end of may or early june

(January 07, 2009) today(02/25/2009) I went to the dctor and ive lost 9lbs its not mch but it a damn good start proud of myself thats it for now ill keep u posted thanks for the love guy's...
