"He has a lot of experience and very good outcomes. He's funny and very nice. The staff is great, very professional and helpful. Some people make jokes about how long you have to wait to see him, but so far that hasn't been my experience. There is a little wait, but it hasn't been any worse than any other doc. His aftercare program is very good. Monthly visits for the first year. A very structured diet program. I would recommend him to anyone thinking about Weight Loss surgery."
"Overall I think St. Francis is a fine institution and much of their staff is great. My concerns were with the swing shift and night shift staff. My swing shift nurse was pushy and not helping me deal with the severe pain I was having getting in and out of bed. She was busy showing a trainee around. My night shift nurse just left me to walk alone even though I was having a lot of pain. I was not schooled in the right way to do the breathing exercises. Hopefully, I won't get pneumonia."
