I just celebrated 20 years after WLS on January 30th!

I had a Biliopancreatic diversion with a duodenal switch 20 years ago. My weight was 215 at that time. I lost 85 pounds from having the surgery. I have done pretty well and haven't had a hug

As of January 30, 2021, it will be 20 years since my duodenal switch! It's hard to believe it's been that many years. There have been some ups and downs over the years but overall,  pretty good! 

As of January 31, 2019, it's been 18 years since I had a duodenal switch with a biliopancretic diversion. (BPD/DS) The only chronic and huge problem I still have is kidney stones in the left kidney...
