8 year surgiversary!!

It has been 8 years as of yesterday. I have kept the weight off and I am still exercising.

I am still rocking along. I have not gained any weight back. Dr. Sherer says I am still his SuperStar! I am still going to Planet Fitness and I have now taken up Zumba.

Happy 6th Surgiversary to me!!! I am still doing what Dr. Sherer told me to do and i have kept the weight off. I walk all the time and i joined Planet Fitness and i am there 1 or 2 times a day.

Happy 5th Surgiversary to ME Again!! Feb 23, 2012 has been 5 years already. Its amazing how time flies when you are feeling good about yourself. I have still kept all my weight off and im still exercising everyday. I have been to see Dr. Sherrer and he says i am still his Super Star.

Happy 4th Surgiversary to me!!! Everything is great. I have maintained my weight so everything is good. I did go see Dr. Sherer last week for my yearly visit and i was down 4 lbs from last year. I still take my b12 shots and take my multi vitamine and Calcium everyday. I love my life.

ITS A GREAT DAY. I AM 3 YEARS POST OP RNY AND 1 YEAR POST OP PLASTICS. I WENT TO SEE DR SHERER LAST WEEK FOR MY 3 YEAR POST OP VISIT AND HE IS STILL VERY PROUD OF ME. IM 1 YEAR OUT ON MY BREAST IMPLANTS AND IM VERY PLEASED WITH MY RESULTS. I FEEL GREAT AND LOOK GREAT. I WOULD DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN.

Where does the time go. I dont update like i should. It has been 6 months since my breast surgery. Im all healed up and very happy with my results. My implants gave me 6 lbs but i havent gained any weight and im still wearing my size 2 and below. I still walk everyday and go to Curves 4 or 5 days a week. Im still so very happy that i had RNY.

I just cant believe it. It will be 2 years post op on Monday. Im excited. Im still doing good. My weight is stable. No gain and nothing lost. It has been a fun 2 years. I feel great. So on my surgiversay on monday i will be having Plastic Surgery. Im having a Mastepexy (Nipple Lift) w/implants. Same date and time as my RNY. Just meant to be. I will post later to let you know how everything went.

I havent updated in a few months. Everything is great. Still the same weight and everything. I guess what im saying is im maintaining my weight which is good. I have finsihed loseing all the weight i need too. I still weigh 115 lbs. My total loss is 140 lbs. Im wearing a size 2 in Juniors. Im planning Plastic Surgery in Feb. Actually its the same date and time as my RNY. I will be 2 years out on February 23, 2009.

My how time flies when you are loseing weight. It just doesnt seem like it has been 17 months since i had RNY. Im still just as excited as when i was when i was given a date. Im on my next adventure. Im planning Plastic Surgery with Dr. Bunch in Tuscaloosa. I have a date set. Its going to be October 8th. I am having a lift with Implants, arm lift, and Tummy Tuck and then will go back later for a Medial Thigh Lift. Im so excited. My weight is stable. Im still at 115 lbs and wearing Junior's 1 and 3 and some Little Girls 14/16.
